If you're not completely satisfied with your new purchase please send the product back, as we want you to be happy - 10 out of 10 happy!

We kindly request that the product is returned in the packaging it came in, in the same new condition it was delivered with zero marks or stains on the top and bottom surfaces of the mat. Provided this is the case a full refund will be given. If the product does contain marks or stains, a full refund may not be given. 

Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
